3) Eligibility and Buyer Representations
By using this Site and/or purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age.

You are a qualified researcher and are purchasing strictly for laboratory research use.

You will use all products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

You will not use, sell, or transfer our products for any prohibited purpose.

4) Research Use Only (RUO) – No Human or Animal Use
All products sold on this Site are intended exclusively for laboratory research use. Products are not intended for:

human or animal consumption,

medical use, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease,

use as drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices.

Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You acknowledge and agree that any use contrary to these Terms is strictly prohibited and is solely your responsibility.

5) Orders; Acceptance; Right to Refuse Service
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, inventory issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the amount captured.

6) Pricing and Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted.

7) Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. We may use payment screening and fraud-prevention measures. Orders may be held for verification.

8) Shipping (U.S. Only) – USPS
We ship only within the United States using USPS. We do not ship internationally.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 48 hours after payment is verified, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery time: Delivery times are determined by USPS and may be delayed due to carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

9) Risk of Loss; Tracking; Delivery Issues
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our tender of the package to USPS (i.e., when we hand the package to the carrier). Tracking will be provided when available.

If USPS marks a shipment as delivered, you are responsible for securing the delivery location. We are not responsible for theft after delivery.

10) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
USPS delays may occur and are outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:

order number,

clear photos of the shipping box/label,

photos of all contents and any damage.

At our discretion, we may assist you in initiating a USPS claim or provide a replacement for items that are verified as damaged/incorrect due to our error. This section does not create a refund right.

11) All Sales Final; No Returns; No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Final policy.

12) No Medical Advice
Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

13) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

use any product for human or animal consumption or clinical/medical purposes,

violate any applicable laws or regulations,
